1.

REMEMBER!!!

Yoh's work week is Monday through Sunday.  All time should be entered by 9AM local time on the Monday following the week-ending.  As a practice, it's best to enter your time at the end of the day on your last day worked.

Time Entry in Yoh Exchange is LIVE. You may make changes to your hours as needed until your manager approves them.

2.

After clicking on the Time Sheet tab in Yoh Exchange you will see the Key Data field (which corresponds to your work week), Associate Name (your name), and Subsidiary (our internal Customer code).

The Key Date fields will default to the current pay period in the live Yoh Exchange.

If you are entering time for a previous or future time period you will use the Previous and Next buttons.

3.

Click the Go button if you do not need to change the Key Date.

4.

The standard Time Entry screen opens.  Notice that the same information appears at the top under "Associate Info".  Any hours previously entered for this time period would appear under "Time Information".

5.

Notice that the entry lines are currently grayed out.

Click the Create button to produce an editable line to enter hours on.

6.

You will first need to select the Attendance Type for the hours you're entering.  The Project Code will specify what cost object your hours should be charged to.

7.

Click the Attendance type dropdown button to activate the menu.

8.

NOTE: The selections available in the Attendance Type list will vary slightly in the live Yoh Exchange.  You will see Regular, Overtime and Double Time.

9.

Click the Regular list item.

10.

In the live system you will only have one choice under Project Code. You may use the dropdown to select this.

This code is internal to Yoh and represents the Customer where you are working.
